[FM-India]Message about FMIndia subscription being disabled

A large number of members subscribed to the FMIndia mailing list were automatically unsubsribed today due to "excessive bounces". It is not clear why this happened. I have restored the status of all those who were unsubscribed. If you receive this message, you are in good shape. If you don't, I expect I will get an email from you at some point --- some of you have already written in after this notification went out --- and I will try to address the problem individually.
